Understand yourself. Change yourself.
Find and fix patterns in your behaviors, habits and lifestyle. DopaMetrics brings your habits, tasks, goals, sleep, energy, focus, motivation, mood, exercise, cravings, fasting, weight, notes and personal data into one system — so you can see how the things you do every day connect to the person you're becoming.
No credit card. 60 seconds to your first log.
The loop the whole app runs on
Log what you do
Habits, tasks, sleep, energy, mood, focus sessions, exercise, cravings, distractions, weight and fasting. Each log takes 10–30 seconds.
Discover what influences you
Correlations, dopamine curves, mood triggers, time-of-day performance and weekly summaries turn raw logs into explanations.
Change what isn't working
Build better habits, fix destructive patterns, work toward meaningful goals — and earn AXP for real effort as you level up.
One system, eight parts
Pick a part of DopaMetrics to see what it tracks and what it tells you. Numbers below are illustrative examples of real in-app stats.
Your behavior doesn't happen in isolation.
DopaMetrics connects your daily experiences and surfaces the relationships between them — so instead of asking “How am I doing?”, you can ask “Why am I doing this, and what actually changes it?”
- Sleep → energy & focus
- Exercise → mood & energy
- Effort → motivation
- Pleasure → cravings
- Habits → long-term goals
- Weight → energy patterns
- Mood → triggers and behaviors
- Time of day → performance
Dopamine level
Pick the goal that fits you
Each preset trims the noise: only the logs, graphs, and daily tasks that matter for that goal.
Train it.
DopaMetrics is built around one idea: you cannot improve what you don't understand.
And become someone different.
How the dopamine curve is built
Dopamine sits on a baseline. Behaviors push the curve up (a spike) or down (a crash). Chronic spike-and-crash patterns lower your baseline — what people feel as anhedonia, low motivation and craving.
- Sleep sets the baseline; naps replenish it toward normal.
- Pleasure events score by intensity × duration × after-feeling.
- Cravings show as brief spikes followed by proportional crashes.
- Aversive-effort minutes and resisted urges upregulate receptor sensitivity over time.
- Exercise raises tonic dopamine when the after-feeling is good.
The dopamine curve is a simplified educational model, not a measurement. This is a self-reflection tool, not medical advice.
Common questions
Is it free?+
Yes. Habits, tasks, goals, logging, the dopamine curve, leaderboard and AXP progression are free. Premium unlocks advanced analytics, mind maps, sketches, custom themes and encrypted cloud vaults.
What is AXP?+
Ascension XP. Every meaningful task or habit earns AXP based on difficulty, which feeds Levels → Titles → Ascensions → Rewards. It can only be earned through logged effort.
How long until I see something useful?+
The dopamine curve and daily stats build from your first log. Correlations, mood triggers and monthly views sharpen after a week or two of consistent tracking.
Is my data private?+
Your logs are yours and are never sold. Messages and cloud vaults are end-to-end encrypted in your browser with keys we never see.
Do I need a smartwatch?+
No. Everything works from your own logging — five to ten quick taps a day.
Can I customize what I see?+
Yes. Pick a preset for a curated view, or use the Custom preset to choose and reorder every section on your Home tab.
Is it medical advice?+
No. It's a self-reflection tool. Talk to a clinician if something feels off.
